HOPE FOR ROLLING FORK, MISSISSIPPI

HOPE FOR ROLLING FORK, MISSISSIPPI
Because of the swiftness of the water at a fork in a creek there.
It is 1.41 miles population was 1,883

On March 31, 2023 at 8 p.m. a violent tornado went down, as it passed through Rolling Fork, much of the town was destroyed. I have watched as the world has helped and given to different projects funds set up for Rolling Fork. Is the money made available for all people, the city? There’s always some left behind. We as a people of believers are supposed to fill in the gap and give them hope through the love of Jesus Christ.

I know there have been tornadoes here in Texas. Texas has a lot more resources than some smaller communities. The government can only do so much and I believe that is where we as a people should step up and support God People. For such a time as this we are supposed to stand up and be neighbors as God has called us to be.

Luke 10:29 who is your neighbor? Our Hope is to be able to go and bless our neighbors with love through Jesus Christ. Psalms 34:6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. God moves in mysterious ways. God uses us to be an answer to their prayers and ours as well, for this is our calling, to restore to the broken hearted. Count it a privilege that He trusts us with his people.

As we are doing, I ask that all Churches come together to support these communities. My Bishop says, we can’t do it all, but we can all do something.

Anything that you can donate will be appreciated. New is great, but gently used items are welcomed as well. Let’s come together and make an impact on our neighbors in Rolling Fork, Ms.

You can make donations at For Whosoever Will Ministries, 3310 Florence Rd. Killeen Texas 76542. If monetary, you can go to fwwmchurch.org text give to Rolling Fork 254-280-0062. For more information, please contact Beverly Williams at 254-466-3778 or email her at thewomenofpower9817@gmail.com. The last day to give is August 25, 2023

Thank you and God bless you.
